JPWaVe’s main office is located in Amersfoort. Plans are under development to open at least two additional offices in the Netherlands and Europe in 2012. The Nijmegen office will also provide facilities for JPWaVe’s medical technology companies Cortius and Tryambulant. These companies will thereby be located in the heart of the Health Valley. JPWaVe is an expert in the business side of Intellectual Property, supporting its clients to integrate an intellectual property strategy in an overall company strategy, creating value from immaterial assets. Moreover, JPWaVe advises clients on the valuation of businesses under certain IP-relevant scenarios related to e.g. patent validity and scope of a patent in economically relevant jurisdictions and on the commercial value of intellectual property assets.

JPWaVe founds and invests in life science companies and has (direct and indirect) holdings in companies such as APO-T (Rotterdam), Batavia Bioservices (Leiden), Crossbeta Biosciences (Utrecht), Merus (Utrecht).
