The products of Innoluce will be appkied amongst others in the following fields: laser printers, gesture control and medical endoscopy.

"We consider it as a big success that we accomplished this investment round, which will be used for developing and producing engineering samples. Together with a well known OEM product launch is planned 2014 ramping up more than 1 million pcs/year."

- Marijn van Os, CEO Innoluce

"In the coming period we are preparing a second investment round for further development up to mass manufacturing for the consumer market and further product development for the medical diagnostics market. We are already in discussion with interested VC's for this."

- Wopke Jousma, CFO Innoluce

"The laser scanner modules of Innoluce can be reduced in size such that it allows application in the smallest endoscopes currently used. Surgeons will be able to perform a functional diagnose and treat with laser light in one consult. Production in larger volumes and market introduction world wide will follow."

- Diederik van Lierop, CTO Innoluce

"The investment in Innoluce fits perfectly in the investment policy of  Oost NL, the fund manager of IIG. With this new home base in our region, Innoluce will be able to use the Semiconductor eco-system in the east of the Netherlands to serve their customers efficiently on a global scale. Furthermore, we foresee interesting cooperation possibilities with other participations in our portfolio active in gesture control and integrated optics."

- Marius Prins, CEO Oost NL
